Please click on the above ‘Centura’s On-line Registration Form' which will access your e-mail provider. 

In the Subject box/line, type the specific tournament that you are registering as a participant.

In the Message box area, type the information needed to register from the Individual Registration Information…or…Team Registration Information.  (You will need to scroll down to see this information and your create message will minimize to the bottom of your screen, so, you'll need to un-minimize it to continue with your message.)

When you have all of the pertinent information in your e-mail, select Send.

If you have not received an e-mail confirmation in 24 hours, please call 308-485-4650 to confirm that your registration was received.

Cancellations:  Please call the clubhouse 24 hours ahead of the scheduled date and tee-time as a courtesy to your group and other registered players.
